QCan I extend my course period?

You can extend your learning period by clicking the “Extend” button in My Classroom > My Courses.

QCan I pause my course during the course period?

This feature is not available through the system. If necessary, please contact the administrator for assistance.

QCan I change my course start date?
A

The course will start from the date your payment is completed.
Please note that the start date may vary depending on the course.

QCan I download the course materials?
A

If the course includes lecture materials, you can download them.
Please check the “Materials” section in the course classroom under the lecture outline.

QHow long does it take to receive the textbook?
A

You can usually receive the textbook within 1–2 business days after payment is completed. However, delivery may be delayed depending on the courier service.

QIs there a notification service for course start dates?
A

Currently, we do not support a notification service.

QCan I take courses from outside Korea?
A

Yes, you can. However, depending on the internet connection in your country of residence, you may experience difficulties watching the lectures.

QHow do I request a refund?
A

Refunds are available within the course period. To request a refund, please go to My Classroom > Payment History > Request Refund.
After your request is reviewed, the refund will be processed using your original payment method.

QI would like to cancel my refund request.
